Indicates the number of leading one bits that form the
mask to be logical-ANDed with the snMspsConfigIpvxAuthMgrAddr
before being compared to the value in the
snMspsConfigIpvxAuthMgrAddr field.
              
The values for the index objects snMspsConfigIpvxAuthMgrAddr and
snMspsConfigIpvxAuthMgrAddrLen must be consistent.
Value 0 indicates mask for 'Any Manager'.
