Specifies the direction of this filter to be applied. By Default the filter will be applied on ingress direction. When the direction of this filter is 'in', It is applied on specified ports of the snMspsAclL2FilterInPortList. When the direction of this filter is 'out', It is applied on specified ports of the snMspsAclL2FilterOutPortList.
