Using the value of the corresponding
slapmPRMonInterval (or slapmPolicyMonitorInterval),
slapmSubcomponentStatsInOctets
is divided by slapmSubcomponentMonitorInterval to determine
the current in transfer rate.
This object only has meaning when an corresponding
slapmPRMonEntry (or slapmPolicyMonitorEntry)
exists with the slapmPRMonControl (or
slapmPolicyMonitorControl) BITS setting
monitorSubcomponents(5) enabled. The value of this
object is zero when monitoring is not in effect.
