The purpose of this object is to suppress unnecessary
slapmSubcMonitorNotOkay (or
slapmSubcomponentMonitoredEventNotAchieved), for example,
notifications.  Basically, a monitored event has to
not meet its SLA requirement for the number of
consecutive intervals indicated by the value of this
object.
