Object

row 
An entry containing the result configuration and service parameters
of a Vcg Channel.
A new entry is created each when an entry is added to the vcgChannelConfigTable
with a new VCG-if index.
An entry is automaticaly deleted from the table when the last entry of the VCG-if
is deleted from the table vcgChannelConfigTable.
