Table with RadioCapabilities entries: there is an entry for each radioSettingTable row. In 1+1 HS and XPIC radio links, this table contains only values supported by both radios belonging to the link. In 1+1 FD radio link, managers have to know the allowable duplex frequencies of each channel. As such, this table is declared deprecated and replaced by combinedRadioCapabilitiesTable.
