scalar r/w SNMPv2-SMIInteger32 
Geographic coordinate that specifies the north-south position of
the equipment.
In order to calculate the latitude in degrees the formula to be
applied is
   Latitude = equipLatitude*180/2^31
This object is used with equipLongitude to locate the equipment
on a map.
