The line determines the SOH byte selected for Engineering
Order Wire: SOH starts with 3 lines of RSOH (1,2,3) and 
finish with 5 lines of MSOH (5,6,7,8,9)
			E1 is on line 2 column 4.
Zero indicates EOW not used, value different from 2 means EOW 
not on E1
