Number of bandwidth units which are available in the equipement. The number of units depends on their type (Vc4, Vc3, Vc12), on the number of Data card and on the bandwidth size which has been configured for this card. For a Data card which is mapped on a STM16, there are 16 Vc4 entries (or 3*16 Vc3 entries or 63*16 Vc12 entries) in the BandwidthTable.
