In case hmtsCommManagementMethod has been set to manual, and only in this case, then hmtsDefaultCommString is the default community string to be assigned to hmtsDevCommString in the hmtsDevTable when a new row is created. This value will signal that the community string has not yet been assigned by the EMS. This object is non-volatile.
