The physical location of the chassis
(e.g., 'fourth floor wiring closet in
building A'). The value is a zero
length string if no information
is available.  Note: this object is
different from sysLocation in MIB-II.
However, an agent may use this value for
sysLocation if none is configured in the
the agent.
