SNMPv2-TCDateAndTime
This object returns the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) at which
the next synchronization is scheduled.
For each synchronization attempt, this value is updated as
follows:
s5AgSntpNextSyncTime = s5AgSntpCurrentTime + s5AgSntpSyncInterval
If s5AgSntpCurrentTime is 0 (first sync has not occured) or if
s5AgSntpSyncInterval is 0, then this value will be
00:00:01:01:00:00:00:00:2B:00:00.
