The lifetime of IP router entries in seconds. 
The maximum length of time that a IP router 
is to be considered alive in the absence of 
further positive advice. The default lifetime 
is used for routers learned through IP router 
protocols that do not specify a lifetime (e.g. 
statically  configured, ICMP redirects).
