Action object to cause current configuration
settings to be written to local nonvolatile
storage. The following values can only be read:
other(1)...some unknown or other state
valid(2)...contents valid
The following value can be written:
write(3)...write configuration settings to
local storage (such as nonvol)
If the write operation write fails, then the
agent will return error 'genErr' on the SET.
