scalar Integer32 
An indication of the percentage of DRAM currently
in use by this agent.  If this information is not
available the agent shall return -1, otherwise the
percentage of DRAM in use is returned as an integer
between 0 and 100.  The percentage is defined as the
DRAM currently used by  this agent divided by the
total DRAM available to this agent.
