Aging time for TIN mode2 messages.
The feature is disabled if the value of this object is '0'.
When the feature is enabled, any TIN mode2 message received will be
stored in an internal table. So if the same message is received
within the time window specified by this parameter, the new message is
considered duplicate, and thus discarded.
