scalar r/w SpfTimerRange
Delay time (in seconds) between when OSPF
receives a topology change and when it
starts an SPF calculation. It can be an
integer from 0 to 65535. The default
time is 5 seconds. A value of 0 means
that there is no delay; that is, the
SPF calculation is started immediately.
