contexts, i.e., if rohcInstanceType of the corresponding
rohcContextEntry has the value decompressor(2). For
compressor contexts where rohcInstanceType has the value
compressor(1), this object MUST NOT be instantiated.
This object contains the number of different packet sizes
that may be used in the context.
