rdnCmtsHostAuthControl

This object is used to add or delete entry in CMTS host authorization
table. The first octet is for action, add (1) or delete (2), the rest
are composed with CM MAC address (6 octets), CPE MAC address (6 octets), 
and the CPE IP address (4 octets).
Zero is returned for read on this object
