rcPlugOptModTemperature

This value represents the internally measured
module temperature. It is expressed in units of
1/256 of a degree Celsius and can range from -40C
 to +125C with 0.0001 accuracy.The most significant byte is
the signed integer part of the number and the
least significant byte is the fraction.
