Indicate the Ha event status. 
restart (0) - Causes the state machine to restart 
systemRegistrationDone (1)- Causes the CPU to transfer to 
One Way or Two Way Active state. Locally or message received 
from remote CPU.  
tableSynchronizationDone (2) - Causes the CPU to 
transfer to Synchronized state. 
versionIncompatible (3) - Causes the CPU to go to Remote 
Incompatible state 
noEvent (4) - Means no event has occured uptill now.
