rcIgmpNewSsmActivity

This is a read only field.  It provides 
the activity on the corresponding (S,G). If 
the source is active and traffic is flowing 
to the switch, this field value should be 
Active, otherwise it should say non-active. 
This information is useful in knowing if the 
group has an active source or not when the group
is joined by a member on the switch.
