The test pattern to use in the LBM PDU with range of 
values namely allZero, allZeroCrc, 
pseudoRandomBitSequence and pseudoRandomBitSequenceCrc 
and with a default value of allZero.

allZero(1)             Null signal without CRC-32
allZeroCrc(2)          Null signal with CRC-32    
pseudoRandomBitSequence(3) PRBS 1/2^31-1 without CRC-32
pseudoRandomBitSequenceCrc(4) PBRS 1/2^31-1 with CRC-32
