column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
A flag used to determine how to process tagged
frames received on this access port. When the 
flag is set, these frames are discarded by the
forwarding process. When the flag is reset, these
frames are processed normally.
              
 This field is meaningless when the port is not
 an access port and should be set to false(2).
