If rcSysAction is set to 'saveRuntimeConfig' or
'saveRuntimeConfigToSlave' then this file name
will be used instead of the file name specified
in rcSysDefaultRuntimeConfigFileName.
If rcSysAction is set to 'saveBootConfig' or
'saveBootConfigToSlave' then this file name will
be used insteaad of the file name specified in
rcSysDefaultBootConfigFileName.
If the file name is blank (i.e., nothing is
entered) then the default file name will be
used.
