The default value of the Metric is
Reference Bandwidth / ifSpeed. The value of the
reference bandwidth is configured by the
rcOspfv3ReferenceBandwidth object. A value of '0' means
the metric value of this interface will depend on the speed
of the interface, when the state of the interface is up.
The default (0) metric for Vlan and Tunnel is 10.
