Applicable only to support services to an SU with SW version below 2.0. The VLAN ID to be attached to mulicast messages in the downlink in order to enable full support of the VLAN feature. A number in the range between 0 and 4094. A value of 4095 means No Multicast VLAN. A value of 4096 is reserved only for Transparent Forwarding Rule.
