Disconnect-NAK packets from this Dynamic Authorization
Server silently discarded by the client application for
some reason other than malformed, bad authenticators,
or unknown types.  This counter may experience a
discontinuity when the DAC module (re)starts, as
indicated by the value of
radiusDynAuthClientCounterDiscontinuity.
