This attribute allows to create/delete a row in this table.
For creating a row, the NMS should set 
ripSapIfConfStatus.id1 = active(1).
For destroying a row, the NMS should set:
ripSapIfConfStatus.id1 = destroy(6).
Only rows with status active(1) are relevant.
	    The only possible supported RowStatus vaules are
	    active  (1) and destroy (6).
