This IP address may be offered for leasing, or may already be leased (in use) by Host it's MacAddress is dhcpPoolAllocMacAddress. Time left for leasing period is indicated by dhcpPoolAllocTimeLeft. All posible statuses of IP address are indicated and controlled by dhcpPoolAllocFlags
