column r/w OctetString 
This attribute defines the value of the CoS that is assigned
for each priority. The number of the valid octets depends upon
the priority method selected:
Octet 0 corresponds to priority = 0
Octet 1 corresponds to priority = 1
...
Octet 63 corresponds to priority = 63.
