This attribute defines the value of the color that is
assigned for each priority:
- green  (0)
- yellow (1)
The number of the valid octets depends on the priority
method selected:
Octet 0 corresponds to priority = 0
Octet 1 corresponds to priority = 1
   ...
Octet 63 corresponds to priority = 63.
