Ingress Port ID. This is an alpha-numeric string that contains a specific identifier for the port. The format of this object is determined by the value of the radMepLtrIngressPortIdSubtype object. If the radMepLtrIngress object contains the value ingNoTlv(1), then the contents of this object are meaningless. 802.1ag clauses 12.14.7.5.3:n and 20.36.2.9
