column r/w Enumeration 
This attribute indicates a unique port id which the dlci is
routed to.
clNMS - will be used for NMS SNMP messages. It can be any
        port of the CL card.
        This value will be selectable only if
        prtExPhPlDlciIConSlt='cl' or 'notApplicable'.
