This attribute indicates a unique index for each possible used DLCI(16..991). This is the Source Side of the DLCI. 0=notApplicable (for voice switching) LIdx is defined according one of the following possiblities: 1. LSlotIdx is < HSlotIdx. 2. LSlotIdx is = HSlotIdx and LPrtIdx is < HPrtIdx. 3. LSlotIdx is = HSlotIdx and LPrtIdx is = HPrtIdx but LIdx is < HIdx.
