be reported. Alarms having this severity or higher, will be
reported.
This object specifies the report severity only for alarms
that turn to OFF state. 
notApplicable - for 'relay','alrLedOn','alrLedBlink', 'relay2' report 
                types, in MP.
noReport - no Report at all (for any severity).
