scalar r/w Enumeration 
This parameter is a command to the webranger CPU. It
enables blocking or forwarding broadcast frames, which
may cause a trigger to a connection.
	  	block (1)   - blocks the broadcast frames.
	  	forward (2) - forwards the broadcast frames.
blockLinkPropagation (3) - blocks the broadcast frames to the links, tx
to the LAN.
