In case of mismatch between the 2 CL card's software, the user can decide which card has the suitable SW. The selected SW will be downloaded from card A to card B if the value is dclA(2) or from card B to card A if the value is dclB(3). off(1) is used by part of the devices. In this case, after operation ends - value should be automatically set to off(1), which is the default state.
