This object indicates the Idx of the Cnfg(1..255) being accessed ; Idx of 255 relates to the TmpCnfg. This object is identical for all the configurations (1..255). Only the TmpCnf(255) might have a different value. For devices that work on line with NMS (no Temp configuration in NMS), Get and Set will be performed with index value of sysDclCnfgIdx = 1.
