Entry of Type rtrFwdType = staticRouting(3)
	 are created by the user.
	 Only this type of entries can be deleted by the user.
              
	 Entry of Type rtrFwdType = interface(2)
	 are created/deleted automatically by the Agent
	 when the user creates/deletes an interface of the Router.
