The time (in seconds) that passes until an
entry is deleted, unless this entry
was previously updated by a new inATMARP
request or response.
This variable value should be greater than
the value of radAtmRtrInAtmArpInterval,
so that the entry won't be deleted before
an InATMARP request was sent.
