Enumeration
Setting the object to locLoop(2) or remLoop(3) will activate the corresponding test. Value remLoop(3) activates the BERT test on the related link if mdlMMBertCmd is set to on(3). Setting parameter to normal(1), restores the normal operation of the link. The parameter is read-only when value of mdlRRMngState is disable
