When prtExVcPbxTransparent=notApplicable, this object's

When prtExVcPbxTransparent=yes:
- for VC-PBX/T1 ports, this object's valid values are 1..16
or None (255).
- for VC-PBX/E1 ports, this object's value will be 16 or None
(255).
