column r/w Enumeration 
Tx mode.
regularTx - the links are connected to a similar outfit on 
            the other side. In this mode, if a link fails, 
            the transmitted bandwidth is decreased 
            accordingly.
broadcast - the links are connected to MORE than one similar
            outfit on the other side. In this mode, if a link 
            fails, the transmitted bandwidth is not affected
