Indication of Alarm and test status of
all interfaces served by a module.
For Optimux155, Each interface will be represented by 2
bits where the 1st bit (right) will specify alarm status
and the 2nd bit will specify test status.
e.g
00 - normal
01 - alarm active
11 - alarm active + testing
10 - testing
For bits assignment per interface refer to product spec.
