Object

column r/w Enumeration 
Reset of modem.
hw - HW Reset. The configured values will not change.
hwAndConfig - HW Reset and initializing the default values.
notApplicable - for modems with no Reset support.
After 'hw' or 'hwAndConfig' is Set, agent will turn the 
value to 'off'.
