External - Locked to the clock signal provided by the user's
           equipment by user's port.       
Internal - Internal oscillator.
	   Station  - Station clock (is relevant only for cards).
Modem configured as Remote: 
External - Always locked to the recovered receive clock of 
the HDSL line.
