modmPrtDteTests

This is a mask which indicates 
- for Get: which tests are running on the DTE port.
- for Set: tests the user wishes to start or stop.
Each test has its specific bit. 
- '1' means the test runs (Set: should run).
- '0' means the test does not run (Set: should stop):

 e.g : If the return value is 1 the LEDs test is running.
