Mask of Signals per modem. When a signal is masked, the agent will not send the modemSignalingChange TRAP, upon change of this signal's value and it will not enter the History Log. Each bit represents a signal of the modem. For bit location of each signal in the Octet String see modem's specification. When a bit is '1' (On) it is masked .
