column OctetString 
Status of the Alarms for each modem. Each bit represents an 
alarm. For bit location of each Alarm in the Octet String 
see modem's specification.
	   A bit is '1' if the alarm is On.
If the value is 0 then there are no 'On' alarms on this
modem.
